Alison Gill

SENIOR CONSULTANT SOLICITOR

Alison is a client focused, non-contentious solicitor with 40 years of experience in Central London firms. Her time is entirely taken up with work for her established clients (some of whom have instructed throughout those 40  years) and by new clients personally recommended by those established clients. Part of her practice consists of her property work and she now deals primarily with residential property, although she does also advise some long standing clients with commercial properties in their portfolios.   She acts for investors as well as private individuals and the size of transactions she has handled has varied from a few thousand to £16 million. Her clients are private individuals, investors and developers. Another part of her practice consists of will drafting, Probate and Lasting Powers of Attorney.   She is always happy to liaise with clients’ accountants or financial advisors for those with complex financial affairs.

Alison speaks French. Outside the office, she enjoys spending time participating in the historic traditions of the City of London, and she is a Past Master of the Worshipful Company of Horners, one of the City’s ancient Livery Companies.
